  1. Combine water and milk, all liquid should be warm. Add sifted flour, semolina and yeast. Mix well and leave in the warmth for 3 hours.
  2. Add salt, sugar, baking powder, vegetable oil and eggs. Mix again.

    If the mass is too thick, add a little more milk.

  3. Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil. Bake pancakes to brood on both sides.
