  • 120 g of beef minced meat;
  • 1 small bulb;
  • 2 tablespoons of milk;
  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal;
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup;
  • olive oil;
  • salt and black ground pepper – to taste.


First chop the onion finely and fry it in olive oil until golden. Then mix the minced meat, fried onions, oatmeal, milk and ketchup (its number can be increased). Salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.

Put the minced meat in a special dish and send it to the microwave for 3 minutes (set maximum power). Serve a dish with meat sauce.
